Lots of new stuff for me

well, that title doesn't mean real physical stuff, but i've got a lot of new things going on in my life right now.

i went to gatlinburg 2 fridays ago and came back last monday! i had so much fun con mis amigas! we shopped and played cards and sat in the hot tub and talked and played sudoku (i'm addicted now)... oh, and we PIGGED OUT! only b/c we started the South Beach Diet this past Wednesday. I was kinda iffy about it, to tell you the truth, but i'm enjoying it. i dont really see any results yet, but i hope i can keep it up and actually lose some more weight.

Also, I finally got a new job! i'm working at Tech Hall on campus in the ISE dept. as an assistant secretary. But i really think I do more work than the secretary b/c she just sits at her computer and talks on the phone and plays on her computer most of the time. she also takes really long lunches and a lot of breaks. she had to get me to take a break on friday b/c i was working nonstop, but i did wanna go home early (which we all got to do). Is it bad that i included that going home early part as part of my time card? i was gonna stay till 5, but they made me leave. dude, i need the money!

k, i'm all in the mood to reorganize my room and get started on my homework/research/projects... here goes nothing...

What to do with Life... part 1F

I know, 2 posts in 2 days! AMAZING! But it's not like anybody reads this anyways... haha!

I am bored and in between classes and nobody is around to talk to. my mom was supposed to call me back um, 3 hours ago! gosh!

I just got back from picking up my very last paycheck from West End Grill! That is definitely a good thing! i no longer hafta go back there for anything ever again... unless I want to see my friends that actually still work there. It seems like everybody is quitting there... ya know, it's the thing to do! She asked me today if "what's her name, the girl that worked here last summer," oh, laura? yes, laura. She asked me if laura wanted to come back. I told her (and this was not the first time) that laura had a job! It's not my flippin resposibility to find ppl to work there! Geez woman!

But i've been having an internal conflict about going to apply at other restaurants. Caroline told me about working on campus in the Nursing Building, but I haven't heard anything else from here about that. That would be nice. A set schedule. Preferably in the morning. On campus. Close to home. More of a fixed income. No working weekends. Ah, i think i'm gonna find out more info on it! But I did go apply at Macaroni Grill today! I hear it's killer money! that's amazing! especially since i'm broke right now! Gosh.

OKay, now i HAVE to go to class now. Class sucks butt! I'm ready to graduate!

Last Semester

Oh poo! i just started my last semester at UAH! I'm ready for it to be over with! i need a longer break!

Ya'll, i can't decide what i want to do for the rest of the semester job wise! i need a job real bad, but i dont wanna get a real job! i could just babysit for the rest of the semester! that's pretty flexible! haha! but i dont know if that is a good idea! i wanna do that so i can just run around and play and not worry about getting ready and being really professional until i graduate. also, i need to apply for REAL WORLD jobs! AH! SCARY!!!!

well, i'm retaking one of my classes that i took last spring b/c i didnt do so hot in it last time. I didnt hafta retake it, but i needed more hours to keep my scholarships. so here i am...

now time to have fun before i hafta start doing real stuff!!!

Lazy Bum

OKay, it's been a couple of weeks since i've written in here, but i dont care! i am enjoying my Christmas break! I quit my job and i am not getting one for another couple of weeks! Oh gosh! what have I gotten myself into! my mom is real mad at me right now, but i like just relaxing and having fun w/ my friends whenever I can, GOSH!

But it's gonna catch up to me next week probably. but i'm not real worried about it. i think i need this break right now right before i start my last semester of college and then graduate and go off into the real world, whatever that may be!

I've enjoyed hanging out w/ my friends and doing all kinds of crazy junk! fun all around. And today I'm going shopping w/ Katherine and Katie. I have no money, but i need jeans! i just threw a pair away last week and another pair just decided to break the other day! and those were my 2 favorite pairs! i thought i had another favorite pair, but i think it might be dirty! i have been told that i desperately need to do laundry! so that will be a task for me... um, tomorrow!

yay! time to get ready to go shopping w/ my friends! fun!
