Happy UNbirthday to me!

YAY! I had a wonderful birthday! We went to the corn maze on my birthday eve! Me, Laura, Katherine, and Beth had a BLAST!!! We got SO scared too! I never get scared at stuff like that, but it was so easy to w/ Laura! She's hilarious! She kept wanting to turn around and go back. We made it to the first little shack thing you're supposed to walk through. We stood outside it for about 10 minutes trying to get the guts to go through it!! We were also waiting on some other ppl to come through so they could go first, but nobody ever came. I finally grabbed Katherine's arm and then Beth and Laura followed. We inch up, then run away. Finally we do it again and we make it through about half way! Then somebody on the other side of the way that we need to go through bangs on the window! We all scream for our lives! Then the scary dude walks in! We scream again! The other 3 girls run back out and I just stand there looking and laughing at the guy! I told him I wasn't scared so i went back, got the other girls and we all ran through the building as fast as we could and we didn't stop there!

Katherine had this theory that we needed to stay to the left w/ every turn we came to, so we did. We made it through. I flippin' lost my earring! Laura lost her contact. And we met a few groups along the way that we tried to stick with. I screamed a lot more than I thought I would!! OH! It was so fun! I love getting scared like that!!! I had never been to a corn maze before! It was so flippin' awesome!!

Then, we went back to Katherine's house for some food and then to Beth's aunt's house where we just sat there (oh so bored). (sorry Beth)... I was getting cranky b/c we were dragging along! And how could I not know something was up?! We were lolly-gaggin' around on my birthday...hmmm...not suspicious, eh?

But the important thing is that I had fun, right? (that's what i thought!) I got lots of fun stuff! Thanks to everybody that wished me a happy b'day!

i went home on Friday after work so that I could be w/ my family! We cooked out and I got some presents! Then I went to my daddy's and got up at 5:30 on Saturday morning for a Pancake Breakfast at the fire dept. I had a lot of fun w/ my sister and the rest of my family!

I came back up to h'ville and spent A TON of money on some business suits too! (i bought some matching shoes today!!)

YAY! Fun days all around! :)

Bored

I must admit, i've gotten really bored with writing in here. My life is the same every week! I've had fun, but I just don't have the time to write in here. And it seems like only 1 or 2 ppl even read it. (thanks to my two fans!)

In happier news...MY BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW!!!! How fun is that??? I'm going home tomorrow night to be w/ my family, but i shall return for the Campus Crusade Halloween Party at West End Grill at 5:30!! WHOOPIE!!! I get to dress up...again!! But I am lost on ideas for that dress up time...could I be Geri Haliwell of the Spice Girls gone solo??? She was the first to leave them! But then I would just look like a prostitute like Sandy thought I did on Tuesday night!!! OMG! That was SO fun!

YAY! it's my birthday eve, so we're going to the corn maze tonight and then some fun!!!! YAY!!!!!!

update on me:

fall retreat was awesome! i loved it! it was fun!

wacky-tacky tuesday was crazy and fun!

fall break was a little boring. I worked thursday morning and all day friday! then i got to go home saturday and sunday. that was fun!

we had our first official bible study at Brandy Whaley's last night. i liked it!

i have 3 tests this week. one on wednesday and two on thursday. ugh!!!

This morning, I was eating cereal at my computer like I've normally done every morning for the past 3 or 4 years (give or a take a few days). But then, i was being the clutz that I normally am. And I knocked over my bowl and it spilled all over my keyboard. Okay, so i've spilled my cereal before, but i've never spilled it ALL over my keyboard. Right now, my keyboard is not working. In fact, when i turn on my computer, it makes this weird beeping noise like it's on life support or something! i'm afraid it's dead though...
